Sunshine Box for
Joyce Clatterbaugh

The deacons have started a sunshine box for Joyce Clatterbaugh, who had a stroke and is in a nursing facility. There is box in the kitchen for anyone who would like to share a card or a small gift.

With the rise of Covid cases in Virginia, we would like to remind everyone that the radio option to listen to the sermon from the parking lot is still available. The station is 106.1 FM, and may be a good option for people with low immune systems or underlying health issues.

From the Cradle to the Cross Children’s Service

Sunday 12/4/2022   7:00 pm

All children will be given a special gift ornament titled “From the Cradle to the Cross,” made by Garnett Good. There will be no Children’s Church next Sunday because the message will be prepared around the title for these ornaments.

Bible Study

Our Sunday evening Bible Study will meet in the fellowship hall at 4:30 p.m. Please read Mark 14:3-9, and answer questions for the lesson; “Adoration.”

Youth in Bridgewater Christmas Parade

The Moscow Church Youth will be entering a float in the Bridgewater Town Christmas Parade. The parade will be on Saturday, December 10. There will be an air flyover by the parade sponsor, Dynamic Aviation, at 1:55 p.m. and the parade starting down main street at 2:00 p.m. Come out and support our youth as they spread Christmas Cheer!!

Called CBM


Sunday, December 11 there will be a Called CBM meeting following morning worship. This will be a vote to approve 2023 called slate which is posted on the Bulletin Board.

Youth Christmas Movie at Sipe Center

Saturday 12/17/2022   1:00 pm

On Saturday, December 17, there will be a youth movie at the Sipe Center in Bridgewater at 1:00 p.m. The movie, “The Star”, an animated movie by Sony pictures on the Christmas nativity story. There is no cost to those attending. Popcorn will also be provided for the kids.

On Christmas Day there will be no Sunday School. Worship will be at 10:30 AM
